How long does the certification process take?
Standard certification typically takes 4-6 weeks from application submission. Rush processing options are available for 10 business days (+$1,000) or 2 business days (+$2,000) for time-sensitive launches.
Can I certify multiple products under one application?
Yes! Our certification covers your brand, and you can include multiple products in a single application. Additional product reviews may apply for larger product lines.
What happens when my certification expires?
We'll send renewal reminders 60, 30, and 10 days before your certification expires. Renewal is a streamlined process for brands in good standing, with discounts available for multi-year renewals.
Do you offer discounts for startups or small businesses?
Yes, our pricing is revenue-based to ensure certification is accessible for businesses of all sizes. Companies with lower annual revenue benefit from lower certification fees.
What certifications can I combine?
