- Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add more oil if needed, then add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the pan and add coconut aminos.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
Tips
